About Us

The Circle Mobilizing Because Black Lives Matter team was founded in 2014 in the wake of the shooting of Michael Brown, as an expression of our church’s commitment to racial justice.

Three of us, Beth, Andrew, and Kris, (Black, Asian, and white respectively) thought it might be fun to record our conversations about race and faith, and so Color Correction was born. Like our name suggests, we try to adjust our perspectives on faith in light of one another’s experiences of race and hope that our listeners can join in that adjustment too.
